Refrigerate
· At least 1 hour prior to mixing, place bottle of powder and ampule of water in refrigerator.
· Water and Powder must be cold at time of mixing.

Reconstitute
· 5,000iu Bottles: Mix 1.0mL (100 units) of cold bacteriostatic water into powder.
· 10,000iu Bottles: Mix 2.0mL (200 units) of cold bacteriostatic water into powder.

· Be gentle—do not shake.
· Mix and use only 1 bottle at a time.
