General Reconstitution Instructions
· Both powder and bacteriostatic water must be refrigerated for at least 1 hour before mixing
· Hold the blue ampule upright and draw water using syringe
· Insert syringe into vial of powder, aiming at sidewall
· Let water enter naturally, swirl for 3 seconds, refrigerate 15–20 minutes
· Powder should fully dissolve and appear clear
· Never let mixed solution warm to room temperature
· Do not freeze
